Almost certainly a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER RETURN A CALL to an unknown number and NEVER PRESS ANY NUMB...

Called tonight strange noises in background,said it was Anglian Home Improvements but lots of domestic noise in background as though it was in a kitchen ,weird also someone laughing in the background so blacklisted ,very odd call.
