Answered it, no-one on the other end....i stayed on the line, loud beep then it rang off. No voicemail left when they rang again today. Blocked.
SPAMCall centre abroad through London area code, insurance re accident, told to Fxxx off and hung up.

I live in NI and am always wary of calls from strange area codes! Certaiy don t know anyone in Newark. I usually decline such calls.
