when answered line goes dead. not able to call back

Automated call - Just played a weird jingle as soon as I picked up so put the phone down after a few seconds
Scam
When answered the automated voice said welcome to KM communications, press one. Then nothing probably a scam
Safe number noticed this number once every month on my telephone bill with a monthly charge of 14p. Turns out it is an automatic test call from PPP Taking Care alarm which we have for elderly mother. Called them to ask why we are being charged as we pay a quarterly handling charge. They very kindly switched this to a freephone number so no more charges.

SPAM First called me from their actual number which is 02045204267
Received call at 11'35am this morning, 14/02/23. Phone reported it as "Suspected Spam" so did not answer.
Annoying calls all the time from a call centre. If you block this number then they call you off a different number. Life insurance policy. Miss sold I think
Unsolicited call purporting to be Government telling me my Visa had expired. I don't have a Visa to expire
calling and then hangs up on anwser

Claimed to be from 02 . Could hardly understand the caller
I got a message calling for me to update my 3 network details. I have reported this to the authorities, who will trace this number and the scammers behind it.
