Received call from asian person saying they are from virgin media, when asked "Who they are from?" they hung up

SPAM or SCAM +44 07880235381 It appears that it is a registered commercial phone number, they phoned me on my WhatsApp twice, and when asked them why called me, the message showed read but they did not respond.

First call was apparently from HMRC after I hung up I called the number back was a switch voice mail. Another call again just a regular voice mail. Although nobody talked the second time...

SCAM robot claiming that your Internet will be disconnected due to illegal activity.
This number is given as the "customer services" number on a fake eBay email. The email is for a high value item that has supposedly just been purchased on my account and to call customer services if there's an issue. I do not have an eBay account associated with the email address I received the email on. The email doesn't refer to me by name. eBay don't manage orders for sellers, the sellers have to do that themselves. A domestic phone line is not going to be used for customer services for an o
