Probably a telemaketer. The caller was having a conversation with someone in the background and ended the call without even speaking to me.

I did not answer and no message was left,after checking with who called me I blocked this number.My logic is if it is someone who wants me they would leave a message so any number that doesnt gets blocked

This number said my national insurance had been frauded. And I had to press 1 for more info or my national insurance will be suspended ? .. existed call as I felt it strange .. I'd just had different call saying I was being investigated for tax fraud ? Sure both connected.. I think it's a SCAM NUMBER !
