Numbers with the prefix starting 814 ring at least once a day. I wouldn't mind but of the dozens of calls I have received so far this year, they don't even speak. I used to work in a call centre on a dialer system. You had to keep your call figures up so putting the phone down or not connecting the call went toward your figures.
