These people are a sort of contractor working for Orange/EE. But Orange/EE do not or will not recognize them. Do not take up any offers recomend, you will have trouble. They are not Orange/EE. Just say no and hang up. The delay in replying to you is due to the computer dialing the number.
I have reported this number to the ICO - again! Hope they get investigated. If not, I will report - again and again and again!

didnt recognise number - no message left - obviously scam call
Unsolicited call from a firm called "M###### Mc###########". When I asked for my details to be removed from their data base as I had not solicited a phone call from them, the caller become aggressive and pedantic. A total nuisance. Block this number.
It was a voice mail telling me my internet provider would cut off my internet in the next 24 hours and to speak to someone press 1. I think thought this to be a scam so put the phone down.
Made the mistake of filling in some form about winning something or other, now getting plagued by this number offering me free lottery lines then wanting me to join and buy more.
