This number seems to be used by some call centre from Manchester - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. Man with thick Indian accent asked my name, I asked him to repeat because it was a bit of a bad line but then he hung up. Potentially bad caller, especially after googling the number and seeing all the alleged scam and cold calling coming from this number in the past week.
Did not answer-it only rings for a few seconds before cutting itself off.

Received a call from a gentleman with a welsh accent, he said they had dealt with me before regarding a ppi package bank account. The name he gave was McCann something or other. I said I don t think so as I have never heard of the company before. He said it was a long time ago. I said I think I would have remembered and besides I already have someone else dealing with this at the moment. He then went on to ask me about pensions, he said he had my name on their data base so I said well I have already had one

A scam caller called Crypto-something-or-other. Offered me 50 dollars of Bitcoin in exchange for attending some seminar; no doubt the scam is that they try to sell you more junk cryptocurrency. Nobody really transfers Bitcoin in increments as low as $50 because the fees are so high. They knew my first name somehow and ignored the TPS Do Not Call list.
