This is a company trying to claim back bank charges - came up with a local number - the guy definitely was not a local
got a text saying 'hi' from a 'business number' earlier - blocked it and then 2hrs later received the same text from this number. idk if it's a scam but it's annoying and weird.

No answer on the other end. Getting the same phonecall daily
The caller said he was calling from the British Refund Department and was part of the export in the Ministry of Justice... told me I had a "loan of ?5,000 roughly that I took in 2004 and repaid in 2008". At one stage he told me I had repaid too much and I was to get a refund; later he said something about PPI from this alleged loan. When I asked for his phone No he gave me 22 333 11 33!!!!!!
called about a job, but the voice sounded computerized.. tried looking up the company but there was no information about them.
