Fraudsters! They lie and dissemble to fool you into believing that you are renewing your current cover, while you are doing no such thing. They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. One of them will likely write a comment below, pretending to be a customer, claiming how what I write is not true. You who work for them, have you no shame, no conscience?
