Call center . . . possibly. Seems to be a computer block-dialling numbers until someone answers a phone. There is a pause between your answering the call until a human starts speaking using the phrase "hello I am your local energy adviser". Claiming to be Currys PC World. I have no idea if they are or not but the call started of silent while the auto dialer connected. When I asked them how could I be sure it was Currys they just kept repeating they were from Currys. They hung up in the end.
