You will only be called by this number if you have a Captial One credit card. It is there collections department. People rating this 9 are bad debtors and leaving poisoned reviews. I m rating 3 as even though they are a legitimilate caller, the volume of their calls can be tedious. To stop calls from this number, pay your bill on time.
Stupid disrespectful caller called at 11.01 on Rememberence day. Unbelievable. Luckily my phone was on silent but I think that tells you everything you need to know about this idiot operation.
