I left this comment on the Voxbone SA Scam Number function, which is apart of their website. Number seems to possibly be a missed call scam of a 0845 number. The number calls at around exactly the same time everyday, and leaves a voicemail that is completely blank. The idea of the scam is to make the mobile owner not pick up, but cost them on their next bill. Even though the caller did not initiate the call, the phone company will state they did.
