Not carphone warehouse although said they were, actually a sister company who can do upgrades. However, gave me an awful deal. Do NOT upgrade through them, will give you better deal in store directly through carphone warehouse. Fortunately I got it cancelled through carphone warehouse and got what I believe to be a decent deal now.

Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported mostly as fake PPI claims (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap. For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8452866xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
