Rang left no message, but very similar to 07482 559264 which was a call with an automated voice purportedly from the Inland Revenue which I blocked.

Text from this number claims to be from Barclays saying a payment was set up to someone. It included a link, which I didn't use, as I don't bank with Barclays. Obviously a scam.
