SCAM First I received a silent call from 028 8505 1239 (to verify a working number?) Then within 5 minutes, I started getting whatsapp messages from a very attractive female profile asking when I was going to visit her using the number 07727214429. Looks like a scam to me.

Know nobody in Reading which is the origin WHY is this still going on in 2023?m and nobody acts-NCSC/ICO/Action fraud don’t protect the individual Same with e mails-Those aforementioned Microsoft/Citizens advice and Which all meant to act-last two meant to escalate to Trading standards and do nothing! They rang my mobile but rang off just before I managed to answer. I called them back but I got a message "This number not recognised". So I guess it is a scam call using a spooked number.
This is a cold calling number being rerouted from India. They claim to offer a brand new mobile phone contract to iPhone users for £35/month, and they asked me how long I had my iPhone for (I don't have one). So I asked them where they got my number from. They claim to have my number on a database because I am a loyal customer. I asked them a loyal customer of what? My mobile service provider, they replied. Who is my mobile service provider, I asked. At which point they hung up. Block this number.
No idea who they were. When I answered the Indian male voice was singing and then proceeded to tell me I had "a very nice voice"

SCAM Says they are a phone company who can give you the Huawei P50 Pro for £20 a month unlimited calls texts and data on any network!! Definitely a scam
