Cold caller starts by claiming that loft insulation is funded by the government. Have not heard that scam before !!
I have been called 4 times this week by this number, each time by a different person with a strong Asian accent. They had my name and my post code wrong yet insisted they had a special offer from BT. Very odd, definitely a scam.
