Pretty sure this is a scam number I’ve had the exact same call before asking for me to read out a code from a text I’d get sent from O2 put the phone down and called o2 myself and they said it was a scam

Poor line quality, strong foreign accent. Claimed to be from SKY and had detected "slow internet" on my connection which they could fix at no cost. When I replied that I didn't have any problems, immediately hung up.
They called me at the same time as I was expecting a very important call from my company, it looked like they knew I was waiting for something important and I was approached by them. Now I'm afraid I'll get a high phone bill. Watch out for them.

I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. Man calling about a medical pendant. May have been harmless but he was very evasive when I asked where he got my phone number (we're not on any lists and don't get cold-called much).
