Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. Call about unsecured debts. Ask how did they get my information. and they hung up. when I tried to call back it said the number you called in not recognised.

This is an Amazon Prime scam. The prerecorded message says that if you don't press 1 you will be recieving a £700 odd Iphone. This is an obvious scam so I just dropped the phone.
I have blocked this number but they still try to call me. 4 times they tried yesterday. It is ridiculous!!

This was an unsolicited call which I let go to ansafone the message started automatically - It appears to be a scam call (not mentioning your name, but saying HMRC has taken out a lawsuit under your name & an arrest warrant has been issued under your name & urging you to press 1 to speak to your case officer ( a case number KN01297 is quoted & you are urged to press 1 to speak to the case officer) - Typical of the types of scams used against older people
