Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. Called twice, local code, when I attempted to call it back a pre-recorded American voice told me the number was disconnected... Very strange.

Keep getting nuisance calls from this number. I keep telling them that I m not interested and to take my number off their list, but all to no avail. How do I report this company and stop the calls ?

This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! I got a call from this number this afternoon. My policy is not to answer calls which are not on my contact list. No message was left on my answering machine. I barred it and this allows me to call it but when it phones me it will get the engaged tone and pay for it. I phoned the number and my provider says it does not recognise the number. Another exciting day at the office.
