This sod rang me at about 7.30 to night. I live in Edinburgh, and I thought it was a taxi company (there is a taxi company in Edinburgh, whose number starts 0131-777), but the bloke, with a very pronounced Asian/Indian accent said that he wanted to talk to my wife to discuss her account with them. Caller identified as Raj from Microsoft Azzure already had my email address and wanted to send me an article. When I declined to agree to it being sent Raj hung up without another word. How rude!
Rang me. I tried to hang up without answering, but it wouldn't let me! I finally just let it rung until it went away. A flashing warning had appeared on my phone saying it was fraud (I have Bitdefender, which I think was monitoring it).
