This guy told me he was calling from "O2 Get Connected" I now know that there is no such thing as "O2 Get Connected" he asked me a security question which I failed to answer, I the confronted him about it later on then HE read out MY postcode for me! I asked him where he was calling from, and after he stuttered he then said "London" the most famous city in Britain of course. Had a call from this number - I never speak, so the phone was put down without the caller speaking. However, I am registered with TPS. Looking at the comments, it seems to me that the caller has been "identified" in many different ways. I can only assume that it must originate from criminal sources.

I moved houses not a long time ago and the above meenymberhas been trying to contact me a few times a day for the past two weeks. I answered the first phone call and it was about insurance I didn t need. When they called me agAin, I blocked the number. I have just checked my list of blocked numbers and they called me 14 times within a weeek. Complete waste of time

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H

This was their second call. I had put their number in my phone to be blocked but they appear to have gotten around this block and the generic blocking of withheld numbers. I will send written complaint to the Bradford address as well as complaining to other regulators.
