It seems these companies are only doing there targets, As the customer says yes (with OVR function) they just deduct the amount from your account Debit/Credit Card. The biggest fool part is that they are not with there words and for this they have to pay now. At this point when you want to talk again to them and call on those numbers it says number u dialed is not valid . It sucks now what to do i am really irritated. The phone rang 15 times before I answered. Sounded like other people doing similar calls in the background. Accented man, knew my name and address!!!!?? Said my washing machine warranty was expired. Fraud Call purporting to be from BT re my broadband line. As I do not have any equipment or contracts with BT this was clearly a scam. Asian? female caller with background noise suggesting it was some sort of call centre.

Don t call them! It s a total rip off - they try to make the call as long as possible, leave you hanging for minutes on end only to charge you ?3.00 for a two minute call! - And the "best" thing is: they don t even tell you about how much it will cost in advance!

A survey that I supposedly took some months ago, they asked if I have ever worked in a noisy environment and did it affect my hearing, after saying "pardon" about 5 times I tried another tactic,I continually ask for "their policy number" this seems to have done the trick as I haven t heard from them in weeks now.
Apparently I am up in court for fraudulent activity. Left an intimidating robotic voicemail which would frighten some vulnerable people. Rang me twice today so number now blocked.

FRAUD SCAM!! This was an automated message initially asking if I'd authorised a payment for £600 to overseas. Transferred to a human who said the payment on your visa debit card, I asked which card, she replied your visa debit. I asked again which card, was told from your bank. Which bank? The bank you authorised the payment from. I said I have several banks so which one. She replied Halifax bank, when I said I don't bank with Halifax she hung up on me. Be careful folks!
