This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Very plausible voice offering a solution to my scam calls by issuing a Section 70 order against the purps for just £3 a month for 5 years after which their service would be free. At best this is too good to be true.
