Propa scam they dont transfer my call to any team leaders or manager but instead disconnects my calls 6 times.
Introduced himself as Matthew Cole. Called me by my first name so he has my mobile number and my name. Said he was calling from Aviva about my Life Insurance. I don't have Aviva Life Insurance I told him. He hung up immediately. SCAM. NOT AVIVA AT ALL AND HIS NAME SEEMED FAKE ALSO. Googled Matthew Cole Aviva nothing came up. DO NOT ANSWER. CALL SEEMS TO BE COMING FROM DUDDERSTON BURMINGHAM ACCORDING TO THE MAP ON THIS WEBSITE.

Claimed it was EE, but I suspect this is most likely a SCAM call centre due to the line of questioning and the fact they simply hung up on me when they weren't getting the response they were looking for.

Had a call today asking for my husband who passed away in may, he said oh yes I remember when we spoke he was ill, then said it was me that had been in touch with them regarding new windows, told him no as I already have new ones and I have a local builder that does anything I want done. Very rude common woman (bad election lessons) evaded my requests to come to the point. Then, when I had refused to give straight answers to personal questions, turned abusive having realised I had her number (sorry for the bad joke!). Do not take calls from this number, and if you do, keep making refusals - they won t be playing fair with you.
