This call sounds automated and suggests that the person answering the call is involved in a case of tax fraud. It requires to depress number one on your keypad to find out further information otherwise you will be contacted by HMRC. This looks to be a scam.

These calls have gone silent now but I know it is a Telemarketer on behalf of CR Smith. Scouse lad calling from a motor accident claim company, asking if I d been in an accident recently. Told them I hadn t (I d had a minor bump a few months back but no injuries to either party, but I m not telling them that). Surprisingly the advisor actually offered to take my number off their database (whether they will or not is another matter).
