The person seamed to know about my Hotpoint purchases and gave the impression that hes was actually from Hotpoint. I took out the cover and cancelled an existing cover with Legal and General. When I wanted a repair doing and contacted Hotpoint they arranged the repair and then told me I had no cover in place and billed me.
