Maybe I should have let the caller, who had an extremely thick foreign accent, continue but I didn’t let him get further than saying there were bad markers against my name. Unsolicited call, caller didn t respond when phone was answered. Presumably the authorities must know to where this phone number is registered and should remove it from the network. My guess it is a scam where they want you to ring back and surprise surprise you get stung with a premium rate call for your trouble.
