This company is totally despicable. Had a silent call from them yesterday morning then spoke with rep who called again this morning. He had my name and address, (very distressing) and claimed to be responding to an enquiry. The last time I enquired anywhere about windows was over 19 years ago, and definitely not a company called Smiths! - I thought we had a Data Protection Act!. Claimed to be TalkTalk engineer, then call cut out. Not the usual TalkTalk number, and doesn't look like a real UK (stonehaven) number either.

I do want to use this company for a new commercial contract next February BUT NOT NOW. They have spoiled their chances by persistent calling so that I have had to block this number. Unnecessary.

Called at 13:51 today by a foreign sounding male, who gave an English sounding name. Said he was calling on behalf of Marks & Spencer and stated they had been given my number by the Government. When I said I wasn t the person he was asking for (I was) he said "then why the f**k did you waste my time then you b***h" before disconnecting the call. Charming gentleman.
