There was no third party involved, only myself, yet they keep on ringing and telling me this (presumably they want my bank details). Calked this morning. Didn't answer as I don't answer numbers I don't know. Left a strange voicemail. Googled the number came up as a scam caller.

Then said they had a report from the Road Traffic Management Department that some one at that post code had had a minor traffic accident. When told they were mistaken said goodbye and hung up.
