Hang up call @ 08:33 this am. When answered just got silence. Annoying & disturbing.

Been rang by this number several times this week, but they would not leave a message on my answer machine. They rang at 3pm today, so i answered the call. Was told they were Consumer helpline, and i was owed an over payment on a loan in 2011. Never had a loan. so they were phishing. Was told they had been given the wrong information. Don t know how they got my number as Ex-directory.

A cold call. Not unpleasant or rude, but unsure of her pitch. Offering insurance cover for my electrical appliances, based on a policy I took out in 2014!!!

I would urge anyone receiving calls from this number to report their experience to Action Fraud and Ofcom. This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS.
