Then, when I had refused to give straight answers to personal questions, turned abusive having realised I had her number (sorry for the bad joke!). Do not take calls from this number, and if you do, keep making refusals - they won t be playing fair with you.

I don't have Aviva Life Insurance I told him. He hung up immediately. SCAM. NOT AVIVA AT ALL AND HIS NAME SEEMED FAKE ALSO. Googled Matthew Cole Aviva nothing came up. DO NOT ANSWER. CALL SEEMS TO BE COMING FROM DUDDERSTON BURMINGHAM ACCORDING TO THE MAP ON THIS WEBSITE.

They got me some money back and I was very happy with the service they provided. Excellent team of people. All hard working and lovely to speak to. Got ?6,000 back and I was very happy!! Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. This sounds very dodgy from the start but I played along, chatting with a lady with a foreign accent. It's eventually got to the stage where she asked me for my bank account and sorting code, at which point I asked her a very personal question. She then swore at me and hung up. She had mentioned postcode lottery, and assured me that I had won a European holiday and £399 in cash at one point she said the company was called something like travel and leisure.
