This 0800 number should be free of costs, but it seems to be originated from abroad, not a UK used number. Be aware. If this is your number, share some info please.
just don't make a sound when answering , auto dialers will monitor how many times it calls a number and how many times if transfers the call to a person. if no sound is heard the system will log the number as faulty and mark it for removal.
