Offering renewal of insurance on domestic appliance. Never had insurance, so this is a scam.
SCAM / SPAM. Rang from a computer saying from Visa and that a international transaction for £600 had been made, press 1 to talk to a representative. Hung up. Called my bank and they confirmed a scam.
Had several calls over the past couple of weeks. Latest was today with the correct name, but then said "oh, wrong number" - very suspicious.
Called first on a Russian number and then on this one. Don’t answer

Pre recorded message purported to be forwarded from BT - saying Landline and Broadband services were due ti be terminated and given 2 options - press 1 to halt the termination process or press 2 to continue with the termination. saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.

Scam. Definitely. So-called call from "security department". I asked 'security department' of what? The woman (Asian voice - lots of background "office" noise) repeated, 'This is the Security Department!' to which I repeated "Of what?!" She hung up. Point made. Case closed. Catch the bastards!
