Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036344xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with energy comparison schemes, government grants, green energy, but also classical PPI, insurance marketing - accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

this is a scam. they offer loans at reasonable rates- we got offered £5000 at 29% apr- they ask for an up front payment of between £150 and £200, they call themselves authority fiance, and are happy to quote their finance regulation authority number which is 04925788 but on checking, this is linked to a ligitimate finance company called gofer finance. so i called gofer finance who confirmed that they are the people who trade under this reg number they are part of a group called harrington
