Call every day, will not identify themselves other than a company called Beneficial. numerous strong requests to be taken off - their response is to tell me to do the survey to get away. Complete joke, mostly ignore but when I feel lie de-stressing I answer and abuse them. Charlatans !

I only called "Studio" cards, as the online ordering is conveniently STILL stopping orders being placed using the website (the continue opetion after selecting payment option DOES NOT WORK. STUDIO website claims they only charge 13p/min and average call is 68p (maybe so IF you aren t kept ON HOLD for almost 7 mins - I didn t wait any longer just to be billed up to the eyeballs to place a phone because the website is deliberately blocked from working!). Tried to get me to disclose my EE password... and apparently they can see it on their screen, which is made even more impressive as I do not have an account with EE. My confidence was boosted even more when I heard a football game playing in the background... think it might of been Arsenal playing, avoid for that reason alone! Would avoid them, unless you want to wind someone up for shiggles. DO NOT TELL THEM ANYTHING!
