I did neither as this automatically tells the criminals they are ring a genujine number and will continue to plague. I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.

Answered and got to here a cyber lady asking whether I'd had an accident and then when. I said yes and in September and was immediatrly connected to a foreign sounded guy. He asked for details but as Her Majesty the Queen's car doesn't have a registration number he hung up. They phoned again Sat morning.
2 calls today both automated messages saying that my IP address had been comprised and that I should press ! to speak to technical support !! Needless to say I didn't press ! but did call the number and found it was unobtainable........how do these scammers get these UK numbers ??

When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.
