0151 329 2348 - a company stated as Red Star said they wanted to help me with a refund - something to do with any credit cards I used to have ... When I told them that my number was registered with the TPS - they quickly hung up without saying bye or sorry!

I contacted Volkswagen UK (using the form on their website) about a problem with my car that was not sorted under warranty, but should have been. Some time later I received a call from this number and it was VW Customer Care.

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Another silent call.

I have received numerous calls from this no. Over the last few days. I don't answer anymore as there was silence the first few times I did answer.

Marc called, wanted to know who is in charge of the energy bills, said he was from a company about comparing energy prices. Told him we ve done it all already through U-switch and asked him to remove our number from the database. It remains to be seen if we called by them again.
