Call centre asking to speak to the owner of the business about energy supplies. Rude Indian woman threw a strop when I said it was a scam.

An Indian lady purportedly from BT said that they had noticed that my broadband connection had lost speed. First thing is, I don't have a BT line and second is that BT dont call from a local number. I only picked it up because it was a local number (Ledbury) looking to be local to me so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but alas as the last 5 calls (Bolton, Boston and 2 mobiles) today in 3 hours! have all been scammers so was this one. I did offer her some career advise but she did not seem to like it.
