Also similar number called me recently, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... The message advises that HMRC wish to speak with you and it may be in your interest to appoint a Solicitor. Then asks that you call back. I called back and an Asian male answered with "This is Her Majesties Revenue Control, how can I help you" I hung up.
