Very rude abusive man, using obscene language when asked to stop calling our landline number. Only information we can find on this number is it is from Germany! It constantly ...
Calls our number which is registered with the tps ,never speaks. I ve blocked it on my phone that the calls are diverted from that number but it still gets through! I wish they would speak so I can tell them to *#@% off!

This number has called several times, including 9 calls today. Young man called Chris - claiming he’s an energy advisor in this area. Answered once - told him I’m not the property owner and he hung up. Just answered - told him I’d already spoken to him and he just said “nice talking to you” and hung up.
Insulation
Has phoned me many times past 12 months. Same guy every time. Announces himself as 'Your Local Energy Expert'. If you tell him you're not the home owner he rudely puts the phone down. I recognise him straight away now and just put the phone down on him, but he still keeps calling.
I think its a mail order company but cannot find a site which names them. They are located in Lancashire, north of Manchester.
