CALLER ASKED ME TO OPEN PHONE AND DOWNLOAD APPS - SAID IT WAS DUE TO REPORTS OF INTERNET NOT GETTING CORRECT SPEED. GOT VERY ANGRY DEMANDING I DOWNLOAD THIS APP ONTO PHONE WHEN I SAID NO! HE THEN HUNG UP
