This guy keeps calling and uses my name then hangs up - not getting much business and risking a full investigation into his behaviour. Clearly A sad pre-pubescent youth.

Fraud, texted me as HERMES saying I had missed a package, I have not ordered anything in a while and was not expecting any packages, definitely a scam.
ive had a message left on my phone asking me to call them urgently. with a case ref of 8778199 had no idea who or what it was for until now. But not in any debt so do not understand how they got my number and why they have called me

Mistakenly answered - it simply clicked off - presumably adding our number to endless harrassers' databases. Luckily, another call I'd missed is also now continually dialling dailly (despite answering), so I can safely (once more) ignore them all. I remember when the phone used to be a means of communication, rather than intrusion - targeting the most vulnerable. This one's probably dangerous.
