A recording that tries to mimic a real person= "Hello, this is Lydia from BlahBlahBlah..... How are you today? .... Oh that's good. I understand you have recently been in a car accident that's not your fault? .... Well, I think we can help...." All a cold-call robot. And, for the record, I haven't been in a car accident, so this is clearly a disreputable business trying to get information - the recording says it is "Groom Street Advisors"- but no such business exists.
