I picked up, said Hello and heard the familiar noise of a call centre with many voices in background and a single voice saying Hello, Hello. I didn't answer, put my phone down but left it connected, suffered the continuous high pitched noise until it stopped then checked number on this site. My hunch was correct! A nuisance call! Had a raft of 0161 numbers from the Manchester area phoning me regarding a no fault accident that I was involved in back in July 2016. One by one, blocked them and they stopped.
