Didn t get to phone in time. Didn t recognise the number so Googled it which brought me here. Got other things to do in life beside answering these wretched marketing calls.
Woken by a call on my mobile at 4.30am! When I called back the following morning, number was unobtainable and reverse number searches yielded nothing.
He said he was from nationwide credit card, but didn't say which one wanted my post code and DOB and to confirm phone number plus land line also wanted to know if i had my credit card on me and the last 4 digits of my phone line banking number. I did not give any details of my cc or my phone line banking number, I i would suggest you don't either, if you have ring you bank.
Im from GLASGOW and received a txt from them.
020 7917 0600 called and left a message, saying that i's from HMRC, and if you don't return the call you run the risk of getting arrested. They have clearly used an old GOV.UK (see below link + number) This number had nothing to do with HMRC. https://reliefweb.int/report/democratic-republic-congo/clare-short-announces-quick-start-programme-help-carry-forward Do not return the call.
