polite, but was going to launch into a long series of questions... I am wary since previously similar calls start introducing more & more personal detail questions e.g. about finance
It's HR at B&Q.
Just called me knew my name, advised them I was registered with TPS and they were breaking the law. Advisor was very aggressive to start with and then started laughing down the phone at me. Avoid and block at all costs!
Spoke with robot voice claiming to be from amazon and charging a fee of £95 For a service which I’ve never signed up to.

This number has rang me twice now, the male on the other end says, you have just rang this number. Yesterday I told them no I haven't and they asked who it was, so I asked who they were. They said you rang this number and I reiterated I hadn't and they said you have, so I said no I haven't and told them to go away and put the phone down. Today they said again you have just called this number, so this time I told them to get lost and put the phone down. I don't know this number possible new scam going on

Had my husband s company name. Wanted to know his email address. When I queried it she said their systems were down. I explained that from my point of view she could be anyone, and she put the phone down. Asian accent.

SCAM when they don't leave a msg. You know its a dodgy scam call
These people conned my 80 year old father-in-law into paying £180 for advertising on their site. He runs a B&B and had never advertised with them but they called saying it was up for renewal and he had to pay. Now they refuse a refund and their 0845 number is unobtainable. We are now having to involve the courts. Utter crooks!
