This number called me three times on 3/2/2016 in the space of half an hour and again today (4/2/2016). I have a watch that notifies me of any calls coming through and the number which is annoying, especially when I cannot access my phone at work. I assume since it is local that it would have been for a business of some kind. No messages were left which leads me to believe that this is a cold call. Asian female who clearly had difficulty speaking or understanding english and said that she was calling from Accident and Investigation Department. I asked her to repeat it twice and then tolf her it was clearly a scam call and put the phone down. I am registered with TPS and my phone is XD and this firm which purtporst to be calling from Sheffield is clearly breaking cold calling regulations and are a plain nuisance
