They called me about an accident I had a while ago - they obviously had some information about that. I asked the caller how they got my details and I told them that the accident had been taken care of by my insurer thank you very much. And that's when the bloke started to be really unpleasant on the phone, not rude and threatening but a ****, pushy and defensive aggressive.
