Seems to be a scammer
SCAM - Foreign sounding male, by the name of "Andrew"(?!) Ringing on behalf of BT, regarding my broadband speed connection. A service BT does not provide for me! Hang up.
Keep phoning not answering
This number with an indian sounding guy at the other end is trying to "teach me about trading" and "making some profit". Definitly not trustworthy.

I was given a brand new work phone just before lockdown. This eve at 8.50 pm it rang and I suprised answered. At first it was hard to hear, muffled, background noise, possibly TV. I kept saying Hello, hello, and a what sounded like a young teenage boy said hello. I asked who it was and he said his Mum had given him my number, it was Dave from finance. I said I didn’t know a Dave. He said you do, it is xxxxx ( used my name) isn’t it? You do know me. I repeated No, I don’t know you. He said you do, would you
Missed a call, left no message. Called them back but there was just an automated voice mail system asking me to leave a message Left a long blank message that has hopefully wasted their time.
